Animo Associates adds Pro-Noctis to its portfolio of offerings

Animo Associates has acquired a participation in HBP-Training, which has been providing training and consultancy for three years.

The Human Performance training and consultancy company, which has been rebranded to Pro-Noctis, meaning Professional-Alignment, helps its clients who are striving to create the safest and most productive working environment possible.

Pro-Noctis, which specialises in bespoke interventions, is led by experienced trainers Phil Kelly and Phil Quirk.

Following a successful sporting career in his youth, playing international football at European level and spending seven years with a professional club, Phil embarked on a 12 year career as a trainer and educator within the RAF.

He served across the world, and had an extended two and a half year tour at the NATO Head Quarters in Naples, Italy.

Between 2010 and 2011 Phil set up a personal development training base in Bavaria, Germany, which utilised the high risk environment of the Alps, to test and develop service personnel ready for combat.

As a highly respected performance coach Phil has worked with military fast jet pilots, Olympians, professional athletes and CEOs, he now specialises in the area of organisational development.

Utilising his knowledge of human behaviour he designs and delivers bespoke training packages cross industry to increase performance, create cultural alignment and positively affect the bottom line.

Pro-Noctis, which specialises in bespoke interventions, is led by experienced trainer Phil QuirkPhil is a former Royal Marine Commando who served for six years in one of the truly elite elements of the UK Armed Forces. During his time in the Royal Marines Phil served with Commachio Group protecting the UK’s nuclear deterrent, RM Poole and 6 Assault Squadron Royal Marines (ASRM).

Phil was heavily involved in training specialist US Marines to undertake embassy hostage situations, both in the UK and USA. After the Royal Marines, Phil joined the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor. Within this role he specialised in developing RAF personnel through the medium of high risk adventurous activities such as mountaineering, kayaking, climbing and cross country skiing.

During his final years in the RAF Phil become one of the leading RAF specialists in Human Performance, Mental Preparation and Human Factors.
